This interior foyer was darkened by the floral and grapeleaf film on front door side lights. By removing the film, side tables, and various floor decor the entry was airy and bright.
The great room was improved by repositioning the piano, chairs and removing the extra love seat, corner cabinet, and miscellaneous floor items.
Kitchen pots on the pot rack were reduced in order to avoid more obstruction into the kitchen. Various personal items were removed from the upper cabinets and on backpslash walls to present a clean and expansive counter top space.
Simple decluttering can make all the difference in the appearance of a room. Unfortunately the area rug could not be removed due to the faded lines on the hardwoods from being exposed to ultra violet rays over time. But the contrasting table cloth and multiple vases on top of the chine hutch helped make this space less busy.
