The homeowner's moved across the country before listing, but they had a lot of work to do before leaving. The kitchen had some repairs, like a new sink and faucet. The walls were still contractor white throughout the downstairs. A fresh warm neutral colored paint over spattered backsplash and other parts of the home make it so much more inviting.
