The homeowner's moved across the country before listing, but they had a lot of work to do before leaving. The kitchen had some repairs, like a new sink and faucet. The walls were still contractor white throughout the downstairs. A fresh warm neutral colored paint over spattered backsplash and other parts of the home make it so much more inviting. "Move in" Ready!

It's hard to imagine this is the same room that once had homemade green curtains blocking the gorgeous exterior view. The cold white walls were transformed to a nice neutral warm color now cohesive with the laminate flooring.

Don't forget the exterior touches. This backyard deck had been neglected for years with tree debris and peeling paint. A thorough deck wasking/stripping and clear sealant brough this back deck to life again.

This interior foyer was darkened by the floral and grapeleaf film on front door side lights. By removing the film, side tables, and various floor decor the entry was airy and bright.

Simple decluttering can make all the difference in the appearance of a room. Unfortunately the area rug could not be removed due to the faded lines on the hardwoods from being exposed to ultra violet rays over time. But the contrasting table cloth and multiple vases on top of the chine hutch helped make this space less busy.
