A little kitchen duty goes a long way in presenting an appealing kitchen to work in. The upper walls were painted light to match the adjoining family room, leaving one accent wall in the nook. Much of the clutter was removed including the random items above the cabinets.
The bonus room once had a double bed in here for grandma when she was visiting. Although only paint touch ups were needed in this room, the paint was hard to match, so the homeowner's just repainted it in a lighter neutral color. The bed was removed and some furniture was removed and borrowed from another room to create its intended purpose - a bonus room.
