This front living room right off the entry foyer was crowded with a full size couch and loveseat on opposite wall. We swapped the couches so the loveseat was in front of the bay front window. We borrowed the coffee table and an end table, pillows from the couch, and tree for the large family room that had ample space for it all. We also rearranged the mantel with items borrowed from other rooms. Now, this room, small in size is shown porportionally.

The large love seat in this family was blocking one of the French door that goes to the exterior entertainment deck and precious light through the doors. We rearranged the love seat to opposit wall in a slight angle to minmic the wall, then angled the couch with rug, added the coffee table & pillows from the front room. Also, picked and pulled decor items & books in the shelving of the entertainment center for better appeal.
After
This was one of those "fast" consults, the photographer was coming the next day. The homeowner dug in and got a lot of the items done I didn't when I was there staging, including finding some decor pillows for the master bed linens. She emailed me some choices and I told her what I thought would work. Obviously, the push was worth it with a one day offer for I'm told $10,000 over asking price - Whawhoo!
