BEFORE

The before and after pictures say it all!

Kitchen clutter removed and more size appropriate stools were used to highlight the eating bar area.

Wow, what a difference removing that bulky oak headboard and tons of clutter made to the master bedroom. The walls were changed from a light violet to a soothing neutral cream color.

This simple transformation was done utilitizing the existing furniture left by the owner from a lackluster appeal to a more inviting appeal. Revive brought in some accessories to help modernize the feel. Outdated pictures and ornamental items were replaced with a contemporary art piece, graphic pillows, table top baubles in a large bowl, and some decor in the built-in shelves.

By removing extra chairs and small wall hangings, we created a cleaner look.

New bedding and a modern lamp brightened and helped modernize  this bedroom.

By rearranging some furniture, swapping out some chairs from another room and decluttering some items helped showed off the stunning millwork in this room and the floor to ceiling windows. We also brought in a coffee table from the family room to balance the seating area.

In the office, we simply decluttered and arranged seating chairs angled across from the desk. The woodwork in here is spectacular!

The family room just needed a few pieces removed and the built-in shelving items were reduced and neatly displayed.

The chairs in this large master bedroom were right in the traffic flow into the room. By removing the area rug and rearranging the chairs and ottoman gave it a open path into the room and utilized the huge space into something that made sense.

This basement room is now sub divided into sections of media room, game table area and exercise area.

This great room's focal point - THE VIEW - was distracted with a huge pool table and a few too many items in the custom book shelves that adorns the back wall. To open up the room the pool table was removed and the couch, which once blocked the wall of windows (the view), was swapped to the opposite side floating in the room for views of river, fireplace, and TV. The upholstered chairs that are lower and less bulky face the couch for a conversational area and leave ample room to deck entry. Also, for additional light, the homeowners added a modern track light system above.

This spare bedroom was once used as a den. Creating it back into a bedroom was easy. The couch, ottoman, and bulky TV were removed and the room decluttered. The lace door curtains were removed to make it more clean and less personalized. Instead of renting or buying and bringing in a bed, we staged the bed with the homeowner's inflatable mattress on top of their containers and used bedding they are ready had. Nice transformation!
Here are some more after staging pictures...
